2. How long do dresses take to come in? Most special order gowns arrive in about 4–6 months. If you’re on a tighter timeline, ask about rush shipping or in-stock options - many designers offer these!   3. Can I purchase a dress off the rack? Absolutely! Many of our gowns are available for immediate purchase. This is a great option for brides looking for a shorter timeline or a perfect fit without the wait. 4. What is needed to place an order? We’ll take your measurements, review sizing for your chosen designer, and go over our sales contract. A half-down deposit secures your dress, with the remaining balance due before it leaves the store. Many brides handle the balance and alterations when picking up their gown.

5. Do you have an in-house seamstress? Yes! Our seamstress is available by appointment on select days. She can help you achieve a flawless fit for your special day. 6. Are alterations included in the price? Alterations are separate and typically range from $150–$300, depending on the work required.   7. How long do alterations take? We recommend starting about two months before your wedding. Most brides require 2–4 fitting appointments. Once finished, your dress will be pressed, steamed, and ready to wear.

8. What do I do once my dress arrives?

Try it on! This ensures you have a clear idea of what alterations may be needed. We also offer free dress storage and include pressing and steaming services until your wedding day.

9. Do you offer other wedding products?
